When the new school year began and I needed to deal with a few oversights someone asked me if I was "freaking out" inside. I expressed that, while I was disappointed and frustrated, it was pretty much how I expected things to go and that with some prompting I was confident things would be corrected. My confidence came from those who have gone ahead of me and showed me what to say and do.
Here is a great site to find lots of easily written information on very practical topics. I honestly thought of ignoring the site, assuming it would be a lot of legal mumbo jumbo. Check it out HERE.
